Preventive Maintenance
We provide preventive maintenance services to our customers. Below are the tasks we carry out during the maintenance process:

| 1 | Checking hardware component LEDs for all possible alerts. |
| 2 | Interpreting the alerts alongside IT. |
| 3 | Diagnosing all critical alerts. |
| 4 | Carrying out a successful power cycle on the hardware. |
| 5 | Marking & labelling all connections to the hardware ports. |
| 6 | Disconnecting and clamping the cables. |
| 7 | Taking the hardware off the rack and to an open location, out of the DC. |
| 8 | Blowing off dust from the hardware components. |
| 9 | Brushing off the more stubborn/resistant dust. |
| 10 | Applying polish and wiping off any stains from the hardware surfaces. |
| 11 | Re-racking the hardware components, one at a time. |
| 12 | Re-connecting all cables that were earlier disconnected. |
| 13 | Powering on all hardware, in the best practice sequence. |
| 14 | Ascertaining that all services running off the cleaned hardware are accessible. |
| 15 | Gathering details (Serial Number) of the cleaned hardware for reporting purposes. |
| 16 | Summary of the inventory and activities done is shared with customer |
| 17 | Recommendations are aired, in cases where best practice advisory is required. |
